We're celebrating World Breastfeeding Week by doing what we love most—educating and empowering families in our community!

Through conversations, resources, and support, our passionate caregivers help raise awareness about the powerful impact of breastfeeding—for both babies and parents.

📌 Breast milk can lower the risk of infections, allergies, asthma and even SIDS in infants
📌 Breastfeeding or pumping breast milk can lower the risk of certain cancers and heart disease in mothers and aid in a faster postpartum recovery

At Frederick Health, we believe that informed, supported parents are confident parents—and we’re here to help every step of the way. 💪💗

It’s been one month since Dr. Cheryl Cioffi has stepped into her role as President & CEO.

Over the past month, Dr. Cioffi visited teams across Frederick Health to hear directly from the people who care for our community every day, putting her leadership mantra, Lift Others, into action.

These conversations are sparking new ideas, strengthening collaboration, and reinforcing what we do best — delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient we serve.

Here’s to listening, leading, and lifting our team, we’re excited for what’s ahead. 💙
