🔹 Deltoid – lifts and rotates the arm
🔹 Biceps brachii – flexes the elbow and supinates the forearm
🔹 Triceps brachii – extends the elbow
🔹 Rotator cuff – stabilizes the shoulder joint
🔹 Brachialis – primary elbow flexor

Understanding their origin, insertion, and function is essential for effective massage therapy and injury prevention.
