Snowy days bring out the very best of our team! ❄️ During the snowstorm, our Executive Director and Business Office Manager put together a cozy chili bar to thank our dedicated team members who showed up, stepped up, and made sure our beautiful residents were cared for with love and compassion. We are endlessly grateful for the heart, commitment, and teamwork shown by our Spring Arbor Cottage of Fredericksburg family.
