We’ve been keeping busy the past few days the best way we know how by enjoying time together and outside 🌎🌱

From planting trees and new plants to getting our hands a little dirty, it’s been such a rewarding experience watching everything come to life. We also had some fun playing Woodland Bingo—lots of laughs and a little friendly competition along the way! Here everyone is a winner!

Of course, no day is complete without a good snack… apples and peanut butter for the win 🍎🥜

Grateful for these moments spent learning, growing, and appreciating the beauty of nature 💚

Day 4 of Stress Less Week 💚

Today was all about nourishing the mind, body, and soul. We’re so grateful to our friend, Elisha Yatros with Legacy Hospice, for sponsoring lunch for our team!

This thoughtful gesture gave our staff the fuel they needed to continue caring for themselves—so they can keep showing up and caring for others in the best way possible.

A little nourishment goes a long way, and today was a perfect reminder of that. ✨

Day 3 of Stress Less Week 💙

Today’s reminder: sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference. Take a moment to pause, hydrate, and nourish your body. Fresh fruit, water, and healthy snacks can go a long way in helping you reset and recharge during a busy day.

A big thank you to our friend Niki Oliver with Comfort Keepers for providing goody bags, fresh fruit, water, and nuts for everyone to enjoy today—we appreciate your support in helping us stress a little less! 🍎🥜💧

Today marks the final day of our Stress Less Week, and we wrapped it up on a sweet note! 🍬 Our team enjoyed a build-your-own snack bar, creating personalized treat bags filled with goodies—because a little fun (and sugar!) can go a long way in lifting spirits.

Caregiving is incredibly meaningful work, but it also comes with its share of stress. Taking time to pause, recharge, and care for yourself is just as important as caring for others. Whether it’s a quick break, connecting with coworkers, or enjoying small moments like today, those acts of self-care truly matter.

We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to our friends at Bayada Senior Living Solutions for providing additional premade goodie bags—your support helped make this day even more special!

Here’s to continuing to support one another and finding balance in the important work we do every day. 💙

Day 2 of Stress Less Week 💙

A gentle reminder for all the caregivers out there: taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. When you make time to rest, recharge, and nourish your own well-being, you’re better able to show up for those who depend on you every day.

Today’s sweet treat was Root Beer and Coke floats—such a fun way to brighten the day! A big thank you to our friend Denise from Care Advantage for sponsoring and spreading a little joy. 🥤✨

Add music to the mix, and it becomes even more powerful—encouraging movement, sparking joy, and bringing people together in a fun, supportive environment.

Whether it’s gentle stretching, light cardio, or simply moving to the rhythm, every bit of activity makes a difference. Join us this Wednesday and take a step toward feeling better, stronger, and more connected!

Each April we have Stress Less Week for our team, and we’re kicking it off with a sweet start! 🍦

Yesterday, our team came together for an Ice Cream Social, generously hosted by our friends at Medi Home Health and Hospice. It was a great opportunity to relax and enjoy a well-deserved treat.

Taking time to recharge is so important, and we’re excited to continue celebrating Stress Less Week with more moments of wellness and appreciation for our amazing team. 💙

Happy Earth Day! 🌎💚

We celebrated by getting a little messy and a lot creative—making pine cone and peanut butter bird feeders! 🐦 We rolled sticky pine cones in birdseed and hung them outside for our feathered friends to enjoy.

It’s such a simple activity, but a great reminder that even small actions can help support nature and the creatures we share it with. Plus, it was a fun way to spend time together!

Here’s to taking care of our planet—today and every day.

Our residents had a wonderful time with String of Pearls.

Residents danced along to their favorite songs, sharing laughter and special moments with team members. It was a beautiful day full of music, movement, and connection!

Our Weekly Movement & Music class is all about getting our residents up, active, and smiling 🎶💃

Movement is so important at every stage of life—it helps improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. When you add music, it brings an extra layer of joy, energy, and connection that makes exercise feel fun instead of a chore.

These sessions aren’t just about staying physically active—they’re about boosting mood, encouraging social interaction, and creating moments of happiness together ❤️

Today’s Art from the Heart session was filled with creativity, laughter, and meaningful moments 🎨💛

Our residents not only created beautiful artwork but also engaged in something incredibly important, using their hands. Activities like painting, drawing, and crafting help maintain fine motor skills, strengthen hand muscles, and support coordination. Just as importantly, working with their hands can stimulate memory, reduce stress, and provide a wonderful sense of independence and accomplishment.

It’s amazing to see how something as simple as art can nurture both the mind and body.
