For my ladies in luteal phase…

I feel you! I’m currently fighting for my life!
As we are getting through, here are some movements and poses that may help:
- calm your nervous system
- reduce bloating
- relieve tension
- support relaxation

1. Forward fold - give your body what it needs
2. Cat/cow - connect your breath with your movement
3. Childs pose - Close eyes & breath. Feel the tension melt away
4. Supine twist
5. Deep Breaths

My dear friend reposted his challenge from a year ago. I had to tap in!

I was scrolling n then saw the story and immediately got up, turned on some music, stepped on my mat and just moved.

I used to post my raw practice a lot but somewhere along the way I stopped. So thank u for the reminder
