Time…I hear it often ‘I don’t have time to…’. Placing your health forward involves shifting gears and shifting priorities. It takes time to make changes. Set a goal this week to make a shift - maybe it’s 1/2 cup of blueberries as a snack, maybe it’s an after-dinner walk for 15 minutes. These changes are more about a mind shift change than a major time commitment. This salad takes me about 3 minutes to throw together - take the time to care about you.
