At Good Foundation, we believe yoga is something you return to… not something you earn.

That’s why our drop ins are donation based.

Because access to your breath, your body, and your healing should never create more stress in your life. If you are feeling the call to practice, we want the door to be open. No pressure. No barrier. No shame around what you can or cannot give.

Community care means we trust each other. Some seasons you give more. Some seasons you receive more. It balances.

For those who crave rhythm and consistency, we offer memberships that support both your practice and the sustainability of this space:

Drop in — donation based
5 classes per month — $75
Unlimited monthly yoga — $100
Educator membership — $75

This studio exists because of collective support. When you practice here, you are not just taking a class. You are helping keep a community-centered, wood-floored, come-as-you-are space alive.

Yoga is for everybody. Every season. Every level.

We’re grateful you’re here.

Deep Rest and Cellular Healing

Eden Carter (a sound alchemist) will be in the studio for class and is bringing all the vibes!

Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and koshi chimes, she will create a meditative space where frequencies bring peace and rejuvenation.

Experience like this invite you to rest, relax, and let go. There is no movement or experience that you need to come take a healing nap on your mat.

The sounds will connected with the natural rhythms of your body and mind.

How we treat ourselves is rarely contained to just us.

The way we speak to our own bodies.
The amount of grace we allow when we make mistakes.
The patience (or lack of it) we practice in private.

It all echoes outward.

If we are harsh internally, that sharpness eventually finds its way into our conversations.
If we are constantly pushing ourselves past our limits, we may begin to expect others to do the same.
If we deny ourselves rest, softness can start to feel undeserved everywhere.

Ahimsa begins close in.

In the quiet moment when you choose not to criticize your reflection.
When you pause instead of powering through.
When you respond to your own overwhelm with curiosity instead of judgment.

The compassion you practice toward yourself becomes the compassion you offer the world.

This week, notice your inner tone.
Let it be kind.
Let it be steady.
Let it ripple outward.

If you want a space to practice that, the studio is warm, and you are always welcome.

The art of living, is what we are all about.
Bringing the lessons from nature on to our yoga mat. Bringing the lesson from our mat into our daily life.
Returning to nature to witness its magic, before starting the cycle all over again.
The mirror we hold catching light and reflecting into life around us!
Everything exactly as it should be.

In light of the dark that has been happening in our world, we are intentionally walking into February with Ahimsa as our focus. It’s the practice of non-harming.

Not just in the big, obvious ways…
But in the quiet, everyday moments where we choose how we meet ourselves.
How we respond to discomfort.
How we speak when things feel tender.

Ahimsa reminds us that kindness is not weakness.
That gentleness can be powerful.
That compassion is a practice, something we return to again and again, especially when it feels hard.

This month, we’re exploring what it means to move, breathe, and live in a way that honors our limits while still honoring our growth.
To let the mat be a place where you don’t have to prove anything, yet still find space to change.
Where you are allowed to be exactly as you are and still be worthy of care that can be shared with others.

If you need a space to practice softness,
to move without force,
to breathe without rushing,
the doors are open, the room is warm, and you are always welcome.
