Did this catch your eye?
Before we dive too deep into the subject, it is important to check in on what excites you about this potential training. It doesn’t have to be a long winded answer. Personally, when I signed up for my teacher training 12+ years ago, the only words I could put to it was “because it feels right”. That is all it took. I did not have a plan or goal of teaching people, it was just simply deeply trusting that this was the step and commitment I needed to make, even if it was just for a season. You might have a longer sentence or a meaning that you can or can’t put into words. Sit with that for a moment, before you keep reading, because the rest is nitty gritty deals and your why will be what either talks you in or out of this experience. I can promise from my side of things, this will be life changing, but it is up to you what life you are going to pursue even in the unknown.
Details:
This training is designed to be intimate with a high level of mentorship, attention, feedback, and support. Minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 people in this training. The small group container will move beyond just learning how to teach yoga and into a deeper understanding of the practice on and off your mat as a whole. It is as much about your personal growth and connection to self as it is about finding your voice as a teacher.
