Here are the steps:

1. Rinse quinoa and cook according to package instructions.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, avocado, kale, and cucumber.
3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad, then season with salt and pepper.
4. Toss gently and serve.
