Our Summer Enrichment Groups are designed to support confidence, regulation, communication, and meaningful peer interaction through play-based experiences ☀️

Groups are therapist-informed and led by a trained facilitator with a background in special education and child development.

Children participate in thoughtfully structured activities that support:
• social development
• emotional regulation
• flexibility & independence
• communication & connection
• confidence in peer settings

Groups meet Tuesdays & Thursdays and are intentionally kept small to preserve quality and meaningful interaction.

Summer Enrichment Groups:
☀️ Ages 2.5–3 (grown-up & me)
☀️ Ages 4–5 (grown-up & me optional)
☀️ Ages 6–7 (2:1 support)
☀️ Ages 8–9 (2:1 support)

Summer at Milestones ☀️

Our Summer Enrichment Groups™ are now open, with some time left for our early enrollment, and we couldn’t be more excited for another season of play, growth, and connection.

These groups are part of The Milestones Method™ — designed to support children in building social skills, confidence, emotional regulation, and peer relationships through meaningful, play-based experiences.

This isn’t a traditional camp.
It’s a small-group, thoughtfully guided environment where children are supported as they grow.

✨ Ages 2 through school-age
✨ Tuesdays & Thursdays
✨ June, July, and August sessions

Spots are intentionally limited to preserve the quality of each group.

We also continue to offer individual therapy services throughout the summer for children who benefit from maintaining or building foundational skills alongside enrichment.

Three years ago, Milestones began with a simple vision — to create a place where children could grow, explore, and build the skills they need through meaningful play.

Since then, so much has grown.

More therapists.

More families joining our community.
More children reaching milestones we get to celebrate together.

What started as a small idea has become something truly special, and we are so grateful for every family that has trusted us to be part of their child’s journey.

One of the things I’m most grateful for over the past three years is the community that has formed around Milestones.

From occupational therapy and speech therapy sessions to music, yoga, and enrichment groups — every child who walks through our doors reminds us why this work matters.

Milestones has always been about more than therapy. It’s about building confidence, connection, and joy through meaningful experiences.

As we continue to grow, we’re getting ready to share something exciting about the future of Milestones.

Three years ago, Milestones began in the smallest little room inside a shared business space.

It wasn’t fancy — just enough room to start.

But even in that tiny space, something special was happening. Children were moving, creating, exploring, and building confidence through meaningful play.

Over the past three years, Milestones has grown into something far bigger than a room or a building. It has become a community of families, therapists, and children learning and growing together.

As we approach our 3-year anniversary on March 15, I’ve been reflecting on how far this little idea has come… and preparing for an exciting next chapter for Milestones.

Unlike enrichment groups, Group Therapy is clinically directed and goal-driven.

Depending on the group’s focus, therapy may support:

• Social communication

• Executive functioning
• Motor coordination
• Peer interaction skills

Each group is intentionally structured to provide:

• Guided practice
• Therapist feedback
• Supported peer interaction
• Opportunities to build confidence in a safe setting

Group Therapy allows children to practice skills in real-time — while still receiving professional guidance and support.

Parallel Therapy allows children to receive individualized therapy while working within a shared therapeutic space.

What does that look like?

Two children may be in the same room — each working with their own therapist, following their own individualized goals.

Each child maintains:

• Their own therapist
• Their own plan of care
• Their own treatment goals

At the same time, the shared environment allows for:

• Natural peer awareness
• Real-world regulation practice
• Social exposure in a supported setting
• Opportunities to generalize skills beyond a 1:1 space

For some children, this helps bridge the gap between individual therapy and more dynamic group settings.

Individual Therapy is often the starting point for children who are building foundational skills.

This level of care focuses on strengthening areas such as:

• Motor coordination and balance
• Fine motor and handwriting skills
• Sensory processing and regulation
• Speech and communication
• Executive functioning (attention, planning, organization)
• Self-care skills (dressing, toileting, independence)
• Feeding and oral motor skills

Depending on your child’s needs, therapy may be:

• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Yoga Therapy
• Music Therapy

Sessions are individualized, goal-driven, and designed to target specific developmental areas.

For many families, Individual Therapy also includes a home program — providing practical tools and strategies to continue supporting growth outside of sessions.
