Kim is back full time and is loving it!

But the best news is her son, Tucker Sorrell, is a full time team member!

We are so proud to welcome Tucker Sorrell, a third-generation member of the Elevate Hearing Aid Center family! Continuing our tradition of personalized care and community connection, Tucker brings both a fresh perspective and a deep appreciation for the values that have guided our family-owned business for over 30 years.

Tucker is the son of Kimberly Kube Sorrell, and grandson of Haywood Kube, our founder. He is a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in IT. He has been married for 3 years to Jordan, his high school sweetheart and they have the sweetest baby girl named Jovie.

At Elevate, hearing care has always been about more than technology—it’s about trust, compassion, and generations of dedication to helping our community hear their best. We’re thrilled to see the next generation carrying that legacy forward! We know Haywood Kube, founder of our center, is in heaven rejoicing at our addition!
