Today marks two years since my family and I took a leap of faith and became the owners of Comfort Keepers here in Fredericksburg.
As I look around this table tonight, my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude. These incredible women are so much more than team members — they are family. Together, we have laughed, cried, worked long days, answered late-night calls, supported one another, and dedicated ourselves to serving seniors and families in our community with love and compassion.
To our caregivers, clients, families, community partners, and every person who has supported us along this journey — thank you. Thank you for trusting us, believing in us, encouraging us, and allowing us the honor of caring for others during some of life’s most important moments.
Building this business has been one of the hardest and most rewarding experiences of my life, and I could not do it without this amazing team standing beside me every single day.
