Part Three: Teaching the TeachersâYoga Teacher Training đ§đťââď¸đ
_______
Of all the work I do in the world of yoga, fitness, and mindful movementâthis is my favorite.
Leading 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings is my truest passion.
Thereâs something sacred about being in a small, intimate group, gathering with the shared intention to learn, grow, and transformânot just as practitioners, but as teachers.
I love watching confidence take root.
At first, thereâs often hesitation. A quiet uncertainty. But through practice teaching, self-inquiry, and deep support, something begins to shift. You speak a little louder. You stand a little taller. And eventuallyâyou lead. You believe in yourself. And we believe in you, too.
I love diving into the deeper layers of yoga.
The Eight-Limbed Path as outlined in the Yoga Sutras becomes our mapâguiding us through philosophy, ethics, practice, and personal transformation. We explore the power of stillness through meditation, and ground ourselves in the science of anatomy and physiology as it applies to real bodies, on real mats.
I love the community we create.
Itâs a space of vulnerability, support, and celebration. You cheer each other on, hold space for each otherâs breakthroughs, and laugh (and sometimes cry) together as you grow. And the friendships that bloom in this container? They last a lifetime.
_______
This work is about so much more than learning how to lead a class.
Itâs about becoming more fully yourself. Itâs about stepping into your voice, your power, and your potentialânot just as a teacher, but as a human.
Inspiring confidence in others is my mission.
Helping you step into the role of teacherâwith clarity, courage, and authenticityâis the greatest joy of my work.
So if youâve felt that nudge, that inner callingâlisten.
Thereâs a seat for you in the circle. And I canât wait to see you rise. đ§ââď¸â¨
