Dr. Kevin B. Handley is on a mission to help people sleep better. Through individual and group work with clients, public speaking, and continuing education training for healthcare professionals, Kevin is dedicated to teaching others how to experience the full benefits of healthy sleep. He is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, a Professor of Psychology at Germanna Community College, and has been practicing yoga with Debbie Bennett and Heal Me Yoga for over 10 years.

About Heal Me Yoga

Heal Me Yoga is a traditional style of Yoga which encourages: Gentle strengthening, to keep the body strong without causing unnecessary tensions. Relaxed stretching, to release tension (blocked energy) out of the body. Deep breathing, to repair nerves that are out of balance and help the muscles and fascia (tissue that covers the muscles) to release. Deep Relaxation, to restore the body back to ease, balance and health. Affirmations, to heal the negative environment in the mind and body. Meditation, to help reprogram the mind to cope with stressful situations, in a calm way and reconnect spiritually.
