It is BACK TO SCHOOL TIME!!!! This year is very different for our schools, teachers and children as they go back to school with Covid-19. We know there are many fears and concerns with this issue but Main Street Urgent Care is here for you and your family to help by providing the best, most competent and compassionate care possible. We are offering Covid-19 rapid tests by appointment only at the Boerne location conveniently located in front of Wal-Mart directly across from Raising Cane's. Go to "ONLINE CHECK-IN" on our website at www.mainstreeturgentcaretx.com. School physicals are $35 on a walk-in basis, no appointment necessary. We are also offering HIPAA compliant virtual Video visits. Sign up on our website at "SET UP YOUR VIDEO VISIT NOW". Currently, our clinic hours are Mon-Sat 8-6 and Sun 10-6 for Boerne location and Fredericksburg location is by Virtual Visit ONLY.

A message about coronavirus from our clinic: At Main Street Urgent Care, keeping our clinic safe for all of our patients is our priority. We are screening EVERY patient over the phone before allowing them into the clinic for the safety of our staff & other patients and to limit the number of patients in our waiting room at one time in order to maintain social distancing. We now are offering Covid-19 Rapid test at our Boerne location only. tTesting is by appointment only. Make appointment at link "CHECK-IN ONLINE" at www.mainstreeturgentcaretx.com. The Covid testing will only be available from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. and will be done in the rear of our parking lot at the reserved parking spaces. Covered by most insurances.
