We are a premier Assisted Living and Independent Living community located in Fredericksburg, VA We are about an hour south Washington, D. C.

Chancellor's Village is a vibrant retirement community situated on 15 acres in Fredericksburg, Virginia. and about an hour north of Richmond, VA. We are just two miles from the I-95 Exit 130 West. We offer both Independent and Assisted Living options. Our community is small enough to feel like home but large enough to offer nice amenities, wonderful dining and activities, too.

Our end of summer Hawaiian Luau Day once again was a huge hit! The kitchen staff knocked it out of the park with a Hawaiian feast that everyone raved about! After lunch the residents and staff enjoyed a Hula dance performance and some Hawaiian Ice from the Kona Ice Truck! 🌴🍧🌴

Thank you to the Comfort Keepers team for bringing joy to our residents for their Day of Joy event! This is the 6th year that they created some carnival fun for our residents! The residents had fun playing the games and winning prizes. Thank you Madeline for your specialty cotton candy!

We went purple this past Friday in support of the Alzheimer’s Association Longest Day! The residents and staff wore purple, painted their fingernails purple, drank purple drinks and some even dyed their hair purple! We raised a total of $1,621 for the Alzheimer’s Association! We thank all the residents, staff and family members for their support. We also would like to thank the companies that donated gift baskets to our bingo event which had a record breaking attendance of 52 residents, staff and family members! It certainly was a great day raising money for a great cause!

We celebrated our men at our annual Father’s Day Cookout! The men loved the food that our very talented kitchen staff prepared! The beer and root beer were a hit too! 🎉🍔🌭🍺

Our residents had a great time at our “When Life Gives You Lemons…Patio Party!” We created an atmosphere so our residents felt like they were in Sorrento, Italy! We served Limoncello Spritz, lemonade and lemon squares all while listening to some beautiful Italian music! 🇮🇹🍋🍋🍹
