You deserve to heal. If you’re suffering unimaginable pain unnoticed by those around you, the person who feels lost, scared, and unsure of what your future holds. You need to know you can heal.​​​​​​​​
- You deserve you. You deserve to feel powerful. You want to wake up and smell the coffee that's been made. You want to feel the love that you've been searching for all of your life.​​​​​​​​
- You deserve self-love. No one can love you like you can. All the struggles that you've gone through, all the pain that you've endured, you've been fighting for yourself. You've been fighting for yourself, and that's why you've survived your experiences. ​​​​​​​​
- You deserve the best. You deserve everything that this world has to offer. Take time to dream big so you can experience everything that it has to offer.​​​​​​​​

When was the last time you paid attention to your resources?

Often when we are feeling overwhelmed by life, it is normal for our brain to pay attention to all the risks or what can go wrong. Sometimes though there may be actual risks and consequences, you actually have the resources to handle whatever issue is overwhelming.

This is not to say you will always like the resources but we are looking at our ability to reduce the feelings of overwhelm.

Everyone experiences stress at some point in their life. While stress can feel overwhelming when you’re dealing with it, it is both manageable and preventable.​​​​​​​​

As you reflect, spend some time answering the following questions:​​​​​​​​
-What are you proud of in the past year?​​​​​​​​
-What went well?​​​​​​​​
-What didn’t?​​​​​​​​
-What lessons can you learn from what didn’t go as planned?​​​​​​​​
-What was the overarching lesson (This can be a statement or phrase) in the last year?​​​​​​​​
-Where do you want to go from here? (Set S.M.A.R.T. goals using this question, being as specific as possible.)​​​​​​​​

WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? Yes, this question is rhetorical, but sometimes we become so accustomed to thinking a certain way that we rarely take time to explore the evidence or rationale for the thought we are having. If you notice that there could be some adjustments made to your thoughts, don't be embarrassed or ashamed. Take a moment to see how you can make that thought a little more truthful and see how you feel after. "I can never do anything right" feels a lot different than "I made a mistake and I will do things differently next time". Try it and see how that feels!
