Our Story

Your Central Virginia Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Facility.

The doctors and staff at Central Virginia Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine would like to welcome you to our practice for orthopedic care. Our board certified surgeons have almost 100 years of orthopedic experience. Our focus is to create a highly personal approach to care for all our patients, spanning from infancy to geriatrics. We treat patients of all ages with a variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions; specializing in joint replacement, hand and upper extremity, sports medicine, arthroscopy.

We believe the most important aspects of providing quality care is listening to the needs of our patient, providing thorough evaluation and testing before presenting options to help you achieve the best possible musculoskeletal health. We accept workers' compensation cases and pride ourselves on our objective of healing our patients and returning them to work in a timely fashion. Our entire staff is committed to orthopedic excellence and patient satisfaction.

Central Virginia Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine has two state of the art facilities conveniently located in Fredericksburg and Stafford, VA. Each office has fully equipped and staffed x-ray department. Additionally, we offer a Physical Therapy department at both locations. The Physical Therapy Department has the latest equipment and a fully trained staff of therapists who specialize in sports medicine and rehabilitation as well as work hardening programs. Our office offers same day appointments for emergency care and non-emergency care within 24-48 hours.
