🍂 Pumpkin Bread Bliss 🍫
Pumpkin season is here — and this cozy, chocolatey loaf is everything you need on a crisp fall morning. Moist, high in fiber, and packed with nutrients, this Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread is a guilt-free treat that tastes like autumn in every bite. 🍁

Recipe:
• 1 ½ cups oat or whole wheat flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup pumpkin purée
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
• 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
• 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
• ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix dry ingredients; whisk wet ingredients separately.
3. Combine, fold in chocolate chips, and pour into a greased loaf pan.
4. Bake 45–50 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
