Last week, we received news from one of our clients that they lost their home in a fire. Their family is devastated, and so are we. With this family's permission, we are sharing their baby registry with an invitation to anyone in our TOL community to contribute to it if they feel called to do so. We can also pass along their venmo if anyone would like to make a financial contribution instead of a material one.

One of the things that has made Tree of Life so special from the very beginning has been our doula program! Our clients have the opportunity to hire any of our contracted doulas to support their prenatal, birth, and postpartum experience.

Interested in feeling more prepared to handle emergencies? Join us for American Heart Association's "Friends and Family" CPR class. Taught by Brielle James, RN, this class is designed to equip parents and caretakers with life-saving skills and knowledge. This two hour course covers:
💜Intro to CPR: Understanding the importance and basics of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for infants (under 1 year) and young children (older than 1 year)
💜Performing CPR: step-by-step instructions on performing CPR, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, tailored specifically for infants and children
💜Choking relief: techniques to relieve choking in infants and children
💜AED usage: Intro to Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and instructions on how to use them safely on infants and children
💜Hands-on practice with mannequins
