As calendars are filling up with events with friends and family, you may find yourself experiencing a tinseled dose of holiday stress.

If you’re wondering how you might manage expectations to pass the baby at holiday events…
If you’re concerned about kissing baby
If you’re not comfortable with baby eating some holiday foods
If you’re mom-mathing nap times and routines you’ve worked hard to create while planning for holiday events
If you really don’t want anymore plastic sh*t in your house

Let’s talk about it.

Boundaries around the holidays can feel constant. In this workshop, we’ll talk about boundaries and how to navigate them during common holiday challenges. We’ll keep our hands busy during this chat time by making a personal craft for you to reconnect with your boundaries to carry through the holiday season.

New class offering! We will be working Postpartum Planning into our 6-week cadence for integrated care classes. This offering will be included with our clients' care OR offered at an a la carte price for our greater community. We are excited to launch this first offering on Monday August 11. Did you know that we offer prenatal and postpartum movement classes? Join us August 15th for back-to-back offerings of Prenatal Stretch and Flow at 10:30 and Movement for Moms (postpartum "mommy and me" style) at 12 PM!
