Interested in feeling more prepared to handle emergencies? Join us for American Heart Association's "Friends and Family" CPR class. Taught by Brielle James, RN, this class is designed to equip parents and caretakers with life-saving skills and knowledge. This two hour course covers:
💜Intro to CPR: Understanding the importance and basics of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for infants (under 1 year) and young children (older than 1 year)
💜Performing CPR: step-by-step instructions on performing CPR, including chest compressions and rescue breaths, tailored specifically for infants and children
💜Choking relief: techniques to relieve choking in infants and children
💜AED usage: Intro to Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and instructions on how to use them safely on infants and children
💜Hands-on practice with mannequins

One day my entrepreneurial, business owning, mom brain of a 1 year old battling constant double ear infections will get better at advertising for upcoming classes…. Until then, here’s a last minute post about our upcoming Winter Postpartum & Play Package. With the FIRST of the 3-part series start in tomorrow!

Classes are 30$ for drop-in or 60$ for all 3 classes!

If you haven’t come to one of these classes before I can tell you with 100% certainty that you might be missing out.
