I'm a board certified and licensed massage therapist and have been practicing clinical massage since 2012. I am always continuing to learn new techniques and skills to use in combination with my massage and medical experience for the most personalized treatments for your areas of concern and pain. Result-oriented massage and bodywork is an very effective way to have long term decreased pain and increased quality of life. The main complaint I hear from patients is they aren't listened to - or outright ignored - throughout the course of their treatment. I believe that communication between the therapist and the patient should remain open at all times before, during, and after the massage.
- Before: We can come up with a plan for the session.
- During: You can give feedback about pain levels and releases.
- After: We can formulate a plan for the next session based on how you feel the session went.

Hey yall! Well, I have been putting off making this post because it breaks my heart. I have to close my massage business. I have some physical issues that are making massaging too hard and painful. I am truly so grateful for all of the amazing people I have met and have allowed me to be a part of their healing process. I knew this day would come eventually, but I was thinking more like in my 60s! I am still working on getting better enough to do some small massages, but I won’t be able to do those 90 min and 2 hour massages anymore.

Hey y’all! Little update. So my disc herniation is doing better but not better enough to be able to do massage yet. SO annoying! I SO miss massaging all y’all 🥺 My other health surprises are working themselves out. No bad news!! Woo! 😄 I’m working hard to get back for you…and me for that matter! Hey y’all! So I know it’s been a minute getting bew office setup. Had a few setbacks that had cost me a lot of time. That’s not even counting the wedding! Anyway, I’ll probably my start massaging in the new year at this point. If it’s sooner I’ll message you. I’m so sorry for the delay; hate letting you guys down for so long. But, you’ll love the new space! I miss y’all so much and cannot wait to get back to it…and neck, hips, knees, lol❤️ Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Hey y’all! So I know it’s been awhile since I have booked appointments, but I promise I’m working on my home office! Getting painters and flooring people in in the next couple weeks. So many modalities! Deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, Myofacial Release, kinesiology taping, gua sha, lymphatic drainage, post surgical scar revision, hot and cold therapies, and orthopedic massage. I use all of these in whatever combination needed during each session. The main complaint I hear from patients is they aren't listened to - or outright ignored - throughout the course of their massage session. I believe that communication between the therapist and the patient should remain open at all times before, during, and after the treatment.
