Penny says Hi!! Wow it’s been a crazy last 6 months but everything is settling down, I am recouping from my surgery two weeks ago and we are making some great changes!!
We will be relocating our Massage business on Rt3 at the end of the month (more info to follow) David will be doing Mobile Service for Massage, Reiki, and QHHT while we find a space that works for him and our customers We feel the need to get a better space for David having stairs is just not working out for his customers. And a lot of customers say Rt 3 is getting harder to get to us! So in the meantime you can call the office at 540 702-1011 to book a mobile service at your home! He will continue teaching evening classes for new Certified Massage Therapists. Classes start in June . So as for me I will start back up in May selling jewelry and crystals doing our Facebook lives and local events!! I will also be doing local events for the Massage School and help them get the next generation of healers!
David and I are super excited about the upcoming changes.

It is so awesome to see David following his passion of helping others. He is also teaching Massage Therapy at Bear River Institute of Healing Arts . Next evening class starts in June!! To know he is helping the next generation of healers was a powerful moment to witness! Pass this along if you know anyone interested in becoming a Certified Massage Therapist. After being sick for the past 6 weeks boy it feels absolutely awesome to get outside today only 55 degrees but no wind and just sunshine. Perfect healing energy just what the doctor called for ❤️❤️

As I sit here and reflect back to the last couple months following and learning new ways to be ME who I truly am. Living in the moment..being hospitalized for influenza A (blood pressure 80/50 and oxygen 85) I did not think about much except everything will be fine..4 days later back in hospital oxygen dropped to 80 not being able to breath with double pneumonia and respiratory failure was one of the most frightening times in my life. As I sit in the hospital bed my mind raced all over the place the past the future my husband my kids my grandkids what if I was telling myself. I stopped and remembered one big thing..breath be in the moment focus on this moment I sat there closed my eyes and the monkeys slowly disappeared..the 4 days I spent this is all I did stayed present stayed focus on healing. It was and has been one of the most profound moments in my entire life. So when things getting chaotic I stopped and think about that moment in the hospital when the monks help me through the most scariest times in my life. There are no words I can express for my sincere gratitude and blessings they laid upon me.
Thank you my dear friends and teachers you saved my life ❤️
