It's been a trying year, ups and downs, mainly downs. I've always heard "don't show your weakness." "Present a rock solid image," well I don't always agree. As it comes to a close, so too nearly did the doors of The Lafayette Agency. Distracted by personal battles, the business suffered and I knew it. We lost bands, dear friends of ours due to this but they were done a disservice in my lack of attention.

But remembering all of the sacrifices made over the years to build whatever we've built grand or minuscule, the few that believe in me and I call friends/my team I couldn't quit on. We are slowly bouncing back and rather than adding bands, we are taking the more precise route to focus on only a few, and help our friends National shows be successful.

I've been asked to be part of a panel for a music conference in April, by a dear friend and mentor. One of the single best people I know and I can't wait to be part of it. In closing, it was a hard hard year, almost the end, but we survived and now it's time for the rise. Thank you for whatever part you've played in this my dream, here's to next year.
