Our Story
Cobb Wellness Clinic was established in 2015 by Dr. Neal Cobb to provide Fredericksburg, Texas with amazing chiropractic care. We provide chiropractic spinal and extremity adjustments, weight loss programs, spinal decompression for disc herniations, myofascial release techniques for soft tissue injuries, and nutritional supplementation for internal imbalances. January of 2019 Dr. Cobb sold his practice to good friend and classmate, Dr. Joseph Palmer. In November of 2019 We changed our name to FBG Chiropractic and Wellness. We still offer the same exceptional services with the same caring spirit.
