Hey yall happy friday ❤️ I get asked a lot what amount of time is best for a session and that answer completely is based on your body needs. Although I do not do 2hr sessions here is a good basis for what you should expect. And trust and believe if you are wanting a 1hr and definitely need a 90, ill be the first to speak up 😆
