The elegant lighting fixtures, the cozy stone fireplace, and every corner are starting to look like home. Welcome to the Watercrest family, Paulina! 💙

We are honored to introduce our new Memory Care Director at Watercrest Fredericksburg, Paulina. Since immigrating to the United States 15 years ago, Paulina has dedicated her life to the call of nursing. Her healthcare journey began as a Nurse Aide where she quickly discovered a deep passion for caring for others and led to the pursuit of obtaining a nursing career.

Paulina is passionate and committed to continuous learning and excellence in Senior Living. Her core value is Compassion through respect for every individual, and her approach to care focuses on inspiring purpose, hope, and a meaningful quality of life for those that she serves. She believes that nursing is not only a profession, but a calling and one that empowers individuals to truly maximize quality of life each day.

Outside of her professional role, she is supported by a devoted husband and five amazing children whose encouragement and love remain a constant source of strength and motivation. Paulina, we are so happy to have you on board! 👩‍⚕️✨

Merry Christmas from our Watercrest Fredericksburg family. 🎄

We have had such a busy month preparing for the big year ahead. "Trixie the Elf" has been keeping us on our toes, assisting the operations crew and popping up everywhere from the laundry room to the kitchen to make sure we are ready.

But honestly, the best part is seeing the progress and knowing we are so close to finally opening our doors. The excitement is really building here in the 'Burg. We hope you are enjoying every moment today with the people you love. ❤️🎅
