Even in this Virginia heat, our team isn’t slowing down! Cabinets are going in, tile is being laid, and the finishing touches are starting to take shape here at Watercrest Fredericksburg. Progress is looking good here in Fredericksburg! 🔨

Fresh concrete now lines the walking paths in both our Assisted Living and Memory Care courtyards: one step closer to creating beautiful outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy. Inside, drywall installation is complete in Memory Care, with cabinetry scheduled next. Every update brings us closer to opening our doors to a space designed for comfort and care.

The sidewalks are poured, flooring is in place, and thoughtful interior touches (like crown molding and doors) are starting to take shape. With every detail, we’re building more than just a community… we’re shaping a home where residents will feel cared for and always welcomed. Stay tuned, move-in day is getting closer!!

Progress Update! 🚧

Watercrest Fredericksburg is coming together beautifully! Drywall is up on all three floors, exterior lighting is being finalized, bathroom tiling is in progress, and sidewalks are being installed.
