Our Story

From the historical landmarks and shopping of Old Town Fredericksburg to the quiet waters of the Rappahannock River, the Fredericksburg region is a great place to call home. At Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center, our goal is to provide this same feeling of home to all of our patients and residents, whether they’re here for short-term therapy or long-term care. Opened in 2008, we’ve upgraded the facility’s design and equipment to ensure state-of-the-art care for the years ahead. Our center offers “Memory Lane,” an advanced Alzheimer’s and dementia care unit. In a town that blends the old with the new, our Center is helping shape a better future for healthcare in the region.
