🌳 At Serenity House in Fredericksburg, we’re more than a treatment center—we’re a place of hope and healing. We’re currently seeking a Residential Counselor who is passionate about walking alongside others on their recovery journey.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed professionals or counselor interns (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LCDC, or CI) who are committed to compassionate, client-centered care.

Schedule:
🗓️ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📌 Alternating Saturdays required for programming. (Saturday hours are flexed with a weekday off to maintain a 40-hour workweek.)
