RESOURCES FOR PEOPLE IN MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL DISTRESS

I know that emotions can wax and wane for people during this pandemic. Some people are having an extremely difficult time.

1. Be kind and gentle to yourself and others, everyone is doing the best they can.

2. Check on people to see how they are doing, if they need anything, how they are handling things emotionally.

3. Reach out for help, there are a TON of therapists ready, willing and wanting to serve. You can search online, call your insurance company or even www.psychologytoday.com - many therapists are reducing fees, creating flexible hours, etc.

4. Know these numbers and pass them along, better yet share them on your page...
