Looking to cut back on soda? 🥤✨
Here are some of the healthy swaps I’ve incorporated in my household that still hit the spot:
✅ Sparkling water – I add lemon, lime, or a splash of juice for a fizzy, flavorful twist.
✅ Prebiotic sodas – My go-to is Olipop my wife and I's favorite flavors so far are Cherry Cola, Mt Ridge, and Peach . These soda swaps are lower in sugar and support gut health!
✅ Herbal iced teas – Naturally caffeine-free and hydrating. I brew a big batch of hibiscus or green tea and chill it for the week.
These swaps have helped me stay hydrated, reduce sugar, and feel better throughout the day—especially during long massage sessions or back-to-back appointments. 💧🙌
