COC has built a successful partnership with the IFS Institute. We had our first cohort in late 2022, and the current cohort is happening now. We recently signed contracts for another Level one and Level two trainings. Details soon.

I talked to my 93 year old grandmother today and she said "Your mom got her book but I want my own and don't want to share!" She said, " its important to be around like-minded folk and folk who have been where you are going so you can keep learning, growing, and, going."
Writing this chapter and being in community with these amazing women as they talk about their dreams, fears, hopes, successes, setbacks (you name it), has inspired me to do just that (keep learning, growing, going).
Positioned to Pivot is for anyone shifting gears in your career, taking a new direction in your business, or embracing a personal life transition. I hope you will take this book as a sign to pivot with purpose.

#𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: We were delighted to share our latest round of IFS Trainer promotions in our recent newsletter. We want to recognize each of them, today’s spotlight is on David Allick and Crystal Jones. Congratulations on your promotion to IFSI Colead Trainer!
David Allick, LCSW (St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota), Certified IFS Therapist, Consultant, Co-Lead Trainer, Certified EMDR Therapist and member of the EMDR Institute of Israel. David was born overseas and raised in the States and settled in Israel in 2015. He served in the United States Air Force in various positions such as a Recruiter, Industrial Organization Psychologist and Professional Military Education Instructor. After serving in the military, David taught first grade in an inner city school and later moved into work as an LCSW.
Crystal Jones, LCSW, is a Certified IFS Therapist and Lead Trainer. She feels extremely grateful to have experienced and witnessed the healing benefits of the IFS model in her own life and in the lives of her clients. She has 20 years of clinical experience and owns a private group practice, Life Source Counseling Center, Inc., in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Crystal is known for her compassion and heart-led approach to her work.
