Dear Patients,
I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. After much thought and careful consideration, I am writing to formally announce my retirement from Premier Eyecare, Angela Tsai, O.D. and Associates, P.C. It has been my absolute pleasure to have served the Rappahannock, southern Maryland, and Richmond area for the past 20 years in primary care optometry and specialty care, including visual therapy. I have been incredibly fortunate to have been chosen to continue the legacy that started with Dr. Martin Blatt in 1944, and its successors, Dr. Samuel C. Smart (est. 1978) and Dr. William M. Powell (est 1981). I am forever grateful for their support and for the opportunities that have shaped my professional career.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with some truly exceptional people. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to you and the entire team for making my years at Premier Eyecare truly rewarding and special. The support and camaraderie everyone has offered me have been what have made my professional journey truly memorable and have helped shape some of my most cherished lifelong friendships. I am grateful to my friends and family, and I am extremely thankful for my husband, who has been my everything. He has been instrumental, not only in running the day-to-day business with me, but also in helping me construct and move into the new building and establishing a partnership with Eyecare Specialties of Virginia.
Your eye health remains our highest priority. We are pleased to share that you can continue receiving exceptional care with Dr. Stephanie Lambertson and Dr. Bradley Church, who are committed to providing the same level of personalized attention and expertise you’ve come to expect.
As I transition into this new chapter of my life, I look forward to the new adventures that await my family and me, as well as staying in contact with my friends and colleagues. Over the next few weeks, I will be working with the company to ensure the transition of patient care goes as seamlessly as possible.
Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, for entrusting me with your eye care needs for the past two decades. I feel truly honored to have been able to serve you and your families.
