This position is mostly remote - Virginia applicants ONLY PLEASE
We are looking to hire an ambitious, attention-to-detail-obsessed, virtual assistant to help manage the operations of our growing mental health therapy practice, as well as help managing on-going projects and personal/professional assistance with needs of the owner. This is a part-time with the potential to grow.
OUR MISSION: The mission of our practice is to help our clients build their inner strengths and resilience so that they can achieve living their lives in the most authentic and cohesive of ways. We strive to do this through by integrating science-based strategies+ talk therapy, both online and in-person (currently only virtually).
We value:
* Humility. Acknowledge that you know what you know, and not what you don't. It's okay not to know everything and taking the extra step to learn.
* Passion & Hunger For Learning. Not knowing is not the answer for you. You enjoy researching and providing recommendations or alternative, creative solutions.
* Smart. This encompasses emotional intelligence, knowing how to "read the room" and thinking ahead to try to figure out what might be needed or comes next.
* Teachable. You are open to learning different or new ways of doing things.
* Accountability. We all make mistakes. Owning them, being able to ask for help or fixing them is part of the accountability that we value, as is moving on and not dwelling.
* Modern. We use technology and automation to make therapy more accessible and communication more seamless. Therapist is on multiple online platforms including own practice.
If you are looking for:
* Connection with others
* A combination of direction and autonomy to get your work done
* Working with others whose mission is focused on helping people improve their quality of life
* Work that you know makes a definite impact and helps everyone who you work with
* Diversity, open to different projects
* A positive work atmosphere with potential for growth
* Does this sound like you? Great! Read on.
