Hey all! Another couple of podcasts completed with a good friend Marsha Stonehill, MSN, PMHNP/CNS, BC on her podcast Operation F.L.O.W. This time we focus on the vital role the diaphragm plays in our body and we explore some of its neuro-fascial connections as well as it’s impact on some of the dysfunction patients and clients may encounter. Rock the river went incredibly well! We had a great turnout and A LOT of MFR demos were welcomed! Thank you to all who came and participated and thank you for the support!
