Safe Harbor Hospice The Safe Harbor Hospice team consists of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers.

These individuals work together to maintain continuity of care for their patients as well as education and support. Safe Harbor Hospice focuses on Comfort, Compassion & Quality of Life for our patients & the whole family! Our service is available 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our motto is “live life to the fullest” and it is the goal of our staff to make sure our patients live each d

Grieving Your Loss
Whatever your relationship to the person who died, its important to remember that we all grieve in different ways.
There's no single way to react. When you loss someone important in your life, its okay to feel how you feel. Some people cry, others never shed a tear-but that doesnt mean they feel the loss any less.
Dont judge yourself. Dont put a time table on your grief.
The only cure for grief is to grieve.
We at Safe Harbor Hospice thank each and every family for allowing us to care for your loved one.

We would like to take a moment and shine a light on one of our amazing volunteer, Sandy Long. Sandy made some beautiful Christmas quilts this year for our hospice patients to give as gifts for Christmas for us. She did just an amazing job! She is always doing what she can to serve and help others. We are very blessed to have her a part of our Hospice Family! All of us at Safe Harbor thank you for all you do!
