Accepting new patients at 12 convenient locations in Washington, Fayette and Greene Counties for Primary Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services. Centerville Clinics participates in most Managed Care programs and accepts both Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care. The primary-care services offered by Centerville Clinics include family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and podiatry. Among the specialty care services are allergy treatment, audiology, cardiology, dentistry (including preventative dentistry, cleaning, examination, restoration and laboratory services), dermatology, ear-nose-and-throat, endocrinology, gastroenterology, industrial/occupational medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pulmonology, physical medicine, psychiatry, radiology, surgery and urology. Centerville Clinics also provides extensive outpatient diagnostic services, including laboratory services and a fully certified mammography program.
