Therefore nothing is lost, it may have just changed to a different form. It is ok to have this big feeling as things transform. It is ok to be out of your comfort zone as things are evolving. However, the key word is evolve. Don’t stay stuck in one place because of how you think things should be or should have been. Invite the change , sit with it, take in the lessons and allow it to flow.

In time, all will balance out and you will once again find that thing you thought you lost just in a different form.

Today, sit with your big feelings and surrender to them. Release control, say it, write, and set it free.
