Thank you to everyone who came to tonight’s sound bath! It was a great way to start my “come back to work” and give to the community.

Thanks to your generous donations we were able to raise over $200 for the community Fred Pres serves!! That involved food baskets, kids programs, funeral services for those who can’t afford it and much much more!!

Spending some of my childhood in Europe, May Day has always been a favorite holiday of mine. To celebrate the true coming of spring- the last Friday has passed, planting of produce and trees, bright decorations, and anonymously gift flowers to strangers all to add a much-needed color after a long, dreary winter's season.

On this May day, I hope the rest of your year is fruitful, bright, full of cheer, and all things loved. Happy May Day, my friend 💐❤️🙏

I have been catching up with a lot of good people recently. This year of the snake is definitely pushing us out of our comfort zones. There is definitely lots of astrological stuff going on, too. I’ll leave that expertise to Jeff.

I want you all to know that if you take one step at a time, YOU ARE WINNING that war!! No matter what the war is with or for whom. You are worthy to take up as much space as you need. In fact, I think it might be better if you take up a little more space. Love yourself and do your work honestly. You are so loved.
