Back in 2020 — during the Capricorn lunar eclipse — I was deep in an Ayahuasca ceremony where the whole group was unraveling. There wasn’t enough grounded support, and the field was chaotic. The medicine pulled me into service: helping people break looping thoughts, calming fear, even supporting those who looked like they were slipping into possession states.
But night two hit me differently.
I was overwhelmed with guilt, shame, and self-judgment. I wasn’t caring for myself at all. I stepped outside the yurt and asked Spirit:
“What am I missing?”
The answer was immediate:
Breathwork.
A rebirthing breathwork training was happening the next weekend, and I knew I was meant to go. It became one of the tools that healed my nervous system, released old trauma, reduced inflammation, and helped me finally discern intuition from fear.
2020 wasn’t the end — it was the beginning. And the real shifts continue through this year, next year, and especially 2027.
Breathwork prepared me for it — not just mentally, but somatically.
And as many of you head into a week with family — a space that can pull you back into old roles and expectations — remember this:
You don’t need to fight to hold your sovereignty.
Just breathe.
Everything aligns from there.
