Tonight our community gathered for a beautiful candlelight dinner in celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. ✨

The evening was filled with wonderful food, warm conversation, soft candlelight, and an appreciation for the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions that continue to shape our world and our community.

A special thank you to our Culinary Team for thoughtfully bringing this wonderful evening together and creating such a memorable experience for our residents.

Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than the beginning of summer. It is a day of reflection, gratitude, and remembrance.

At our community, we honor the sacrifices made by generations of service members and hold space for the memories carried by so many of our residents and families. Their stories, courage, and resilience are part of the fabric of this nation.

As part of our remembrance, we created a Fallen Soldier Table to honor those who never made it home. Each item placed upon the table serves as a quiet symbol of sacrifice, loss, honor, and enduring gratitude. It stands as a solemn reminder that freedom is never free.

We remember those who never made it home.We honor the families who carried on without them.And we give thanks for the freedoms their sacrifices helped preserve.

May we spend today with grateful hearts, quiet reflection, and deep respect for those who served and sacrificed for us all.

We love to celebrate our staff every day for their tireless devotion to our Residents. Today, we gave cards and little gifts to celebrate our Waitstaff.

They go above and beyond serving food. They prep, serve, clean, talk with Residents and make Cedar Trails one of the best places to live and to work!
