Our hearts are breaking that Jessica Lidisky is leaving us, but do yourself a favor and sign up for one of her last classes before she heads to sunny Sanibel.

Yoga Gold classes with Jessica will wrap up at the end of May. Yoga Gold will continue at St Paul UCC on Mondays & some Thursdays (thanks to St. Clair County Office on Aging) and at Rise Yoga weekly on Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 (starting in June)!

Yoga Gold continues to be offered at St Paul UCC (Mondays and 1st/3rd Thursdays ) and at Rise Yoga (2nd /4th Thursdays). Classes happen 10:30-11:30AM. All classes are a $10 drop-in or class packages to save 17% are available. All power classes shifted to Rise Yoga on Jan 2, 2024. Please like and follow Rise to see a diverse schedule of yoga classes (power, traditional, all ages, children and more.) All are welcome. Yoga For Life and Yoga Gold classes work on physical strength, balance, and flexibility, as well as emotional and spiritual wellness. Yoga for Life happens at Jamie’s Tumbling in Nashville. Yoga Gold happens at St Paul UCC (115 W. B St., Belleville) and Rise Yoga (351 Hill Mine Rd., Freeburg). New students are always welcome. You are never too old to begin the practice of yoga. 🧘 🙌🏼

Let us pause for a moment to remember the guy who was the life of the party, the guy who worked harder than anyone I have met on and off his mat, the guy who was determined and passionate, the guy who loved his country and adored his wife, the guy that was a teacher, a coach and most importantly a friend to everyone he met.

Today we mourn that Dan isn't here with us, continuing to guide us and shape us into the best version of ourselves, but let us try to also smile a bit, because we were lucky enough to know him.

Here's to you, Yoga Dan Leftsidefirst - we're all better off because of the impact you had on each of our lives.

Yoga Gold classes continue in 2024!!! Yoga for active older adults is offered Mondays from 10:30-11:30AM at St Paul UCC (Belleville), and Thursdays classes rotate between St Paul and Rise Yoga (Freeburg)!!! Join Jessica tomorrow (January 11) at Rise Yoga 10:30-11:30AM. Newcomers welcome always!!

TYC1103 just transitioned to Rise Yoga (located at Freeburg Total Fitness). We have met lots of new faces this week, and are thankful for the students who are the consistent practitioners. Today makes 4 years that Christine A. Bierman has practiced yoga with our community!!! From Jen’s Gym in early 2020 to TYC 2020-2023 to Rise Yoga 2024, Chris has stayed with Dan and me in yoga and as a truly treasured friend. Chris has had many challenges in the past 4 years and yoga has helped her keep peace and joy in her journey. Thank you Chris for your devotion to yoga and practicing with our community !!
