We have some news to share with you!
As of April 1, Freeburg Care Center will be transitioning to the name La Bella of Freeburg.
We have been purchased by a new ownership group, JenMax Group.
They are thrilled to have acquired Freeburg Care Center, and have told us over and over what a great reputation we have in the long term care industry.
From what we've experienced thus far, they are all about resident care. They are respectful of our staff, our community, and what we have created here, and promise a seamless transition.
As of April 1, they will have 13 facilities stretching from Freeburg to Chicago.
JenMax provides some locally based leadership and support, so we are anticipating nothing but a great partnership and enhanced support throughout this transition.
Our care won't skip a beat, and as this new ownership group pointed out, Freeburg Care Center runs very smoothly and will not need interference from them.
We are viewing this as a positive change. We're very proud of the fact that we’ve operated independently for the past ten years, but we're now looking forward to working with fresh sets of eyes and new ideas to make our facility even better!
We’d like to thank our current owners for the years of support they’ve given to us. They’ve always allowed us to make decisions in the residents’ and staffs’ best interest, and we are very grateful for the autonomy and trust they’ve put in us over the years.
