I am proud to announce that I have started "parks and rec" summer programming through FF!!
Online registration is now open!!!
*Reading and crafts
*Beginners lifting programs
We have more coming - I'm just working out the details with the instructors!
*Tumbling, game time, dance and more exercise/lifting options TBD
I am also interested in finding some leaders for one-day events such as running, chalk art, outdoor game time, nature walks ect, anything you'd be interested in doing with our community!

I am finalizing the program for summer camps/park & rec summer events and I am looking for the following:
*tumbling instructor
*An adult(s) to take kiddos on a nature hike/picnic (location TBD)
*a high school student(s) or older to do a fun community "chalking up postivity" event.

Sometimes, I just want to be alone! And I want to workout alone too! I love going to the gym and I love classes, but I also love the flexibility of using the Studio space for my own workouts.

This opportunity is now available to you too! And, you don't have to be a member!

COACHES/PARENTS - This is an opportunity for you do work with your athletes in a one-on-one or small group setting. Strength training/mobility/flexibilty/functional training

EVERYONE - You can book a time slot to use our studio. Grab a friend or two, your own workout plan or an online video to cast to our TV and sweat it out in a private setting.
