Sometimes, I just want to be alone! And I want to workout alone too! I love going to the gym and I love classes, but I also love the flexibility of using the Studio space for my own workouts.

This opportunity is now available to you too! And, you don't have to be a member!

COACHES/PARENTS - This is an opportunity for you do work with your athletes in a one-on-one or small group setting. Strength training/mobility/flexibilty/functional training

EVERYONE - You can book a time slot to use our studio. Grab a friend or two, your own workout plan or an online video to cast to our TV and sweat it out in a private setting.

I HATE doing this, I really do. As a small business, locally owned and not backed by a big corporation; it means that it gets harder and harder to keep rates competitive. The last time I restructured the membership rates was back in 2023!
The membership rates will be increasing by a few dollars on each level but you can lock in our current rates if you sign up before March 31st!!

CURRENT MEMBERS - as a way to say thank you for your continued support - your rates will not increase!!

I loved Tot-Lot when I was a kid and I've always wanted something like this in Freedom. My kiddos are big now, but because of Freedom Fitness, I feel this is a perfect opportunity to start summer camps or a park & rec program.

I have had a handful of people reach out with an interest in leading camps - but I will need more help!
Maybe you're not interested in leading a camp but you might have the perfect location or an idea for us to get this off the ground!
