✨ Community in action ✨

Our Grace had the honor of teaching a private yoga class for Girl Scout Troop 60798.

The 45-minute class was held without heat and offered as a special charity event.

All proceeds were donated to Freehold Area Open Door, an incredible organization that supports individuals and families in need right here in our area.

We are so proud to see yoga used as a way to bring people together, give back, and create meaningful impact beyond the mat.

Join for United We Lift 💚

Autism awareness holds a special place in our community, and United We Lift is a beautiful way for us to come together, move our bodies, and support a meaningful cause.

This high energy HIIT training circuit SETS class brings people of all fitness levels together for a workout with purpose. It is more than exercise. This event blends fitness and philanthropy, creating a ripple effect of positive change for local families, businesses, and autism organizations.

Grace will be leading the restorative portion of the event, helping everyone slow down, reset, and reconnect after the workout. We are honored to be part of a day dedicated to strength, community, and support.

This time we are partnering with a different organization, and the class will be taught by , who will guide you through a beautiful practice surrounded by the cutest rescue puppies.
