As we begin celebrations for women’s history month, we cannot deny the long history of forgetting women’s health especially pelvic health. Pelvic health is very important for improved function. Pelvic Health Therapy is a highly effective way for women to improve their pelvic health. At Garden State Therapy Group, our experts would like to discuss the benefits of pelvic health therapy and how it can benefit women.

For the month of March, we will host Women’s Health Wednesdays to discuss issues pertaining specifically to women’s health and how our experts can improve function.
