Refresh your taste buds with our Blackberry Iced Tea โ€“ a cool and revitalizing treat for those warm summer days!๐Ÿ‡๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿนโ˜€๏ธ
๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:
-4 cups Water
-4 Black tea bags or 4 tsp loose leaf
-1 cup Fresh blackberries more for garnish
-1-2 Fresh rosemary sprigs
-A handful of fresh basil leaves
-1/4 cup Agave syrup adjust to taste
-Ice cubes
-Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€:
๐Ÿญ. Steep the black tea in boiled water for about 5 minutes. During the last 2 minutes, add the fresh rosemary and basil leaves to the hot tea.
๐Ÿฎ. Next, remove the tea bags and strain the tea into a pitcher. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
๐Ÿฏ. While the tea is cooling down, muddle the blackberries in a bowl to release their juices and flavors.
Strain the muddled blackberries through a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher containing the tea. Stir in the agave syrup until well combined.
๐Ÿฐ. Refrigerate the mixture until it is thoroughly chilled, at least 1-2 hours.
๐Ÿฑ. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish each glass with a fresh blackberry and a sprig of rosemary or basil leaf. Add a slice of lemon for a citrusy touch if desired. Enjoy!
