Hours - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 1:00 - 5:45.

In addition, patients of DR KULBACK - DR KULBACK HAS JURY DUTY THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 7TH AND WILL NOT BE IN THE OFFICE.
