The perspective we have stems from the stories we tell ourselves. The way how we communicate with ourselves determines the emotions we release.

Take a look at the following questions we may ask ourselves:

👉🏼 ‘Am I strong’ or ‘Am I weak’?
👉🏼 ‘Am I adding value to others’ or ‘Am I hiding behind others’?
👉🏼 ‘Am I courageous’ or ‘Am I afraid’?
👉🏼 ‘Am I giving more than I take’ or ‘Am I taking more than I give’?

What does your internal chatter sound like? Does it gravitate more towards the left side or more towards the right? If it's through the lens of fear & doubt, you’ll be left in the long run playing ‘small’ in life. Shifting your perspective to look at things with confidence & compassion will give you strength to tackle life’s mission & amplify your storyline to something bigger than you even thought possible.

So, start asking yourself:

👉🏼 How can I add more value to the ones around me?
👉🏼 How can I grow stronger?
👉🏼 How can I ask for help & offer help?
