March is Self-Harm Awareness Month, a time to bring attention to a topic that is often misunderstood and surrounded by stigma. 🫂

Self-harm refers to intentionally hurting one’s own body as a way to cope with overwhelming emotional distress. While it may provide temporary relief for some people, it can reinforce cycles of pain, shame, and isolation over time.

Conversations like this matter because many people struggle in silence. Education and compassion can help reduce stigma and encourage people to seek support.

If you or someone you know is struggling with self-harm, support is available. You don’t have to face it alone. 💛

📞 In the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline
🧑‍⚕️ Seeking support from a mental health professional through therapy can also help individuals build safer, healthier coping strategies.

Being a teen right now? It’s a lot..

School pressure.
Friend drama.
Family expectations.
Social media comparisons.
Trying to figure out who you are… while everyone’s watching.
That’s a lot for one nervous system.

Today is World Teen Mental Wellness Day and we want to remind teens (and the adults in their lives):
• Emotions aren’t “dramatic.”
• Stress isn’t weakness.
• Asking for help is strength.

If you’re a parent, caregiver, or educator: listening matters more than fixing.
If you’re a teen: what you’re feeling is valid. You are not “too much”.

Mental health is winning gold in 2026! 🧠✨

From the ice rink to the slopes, these 2026 Winter Olympians are showing the world that mental health is just as important as physical skill. 🏅

And, what may appear on the outside isn’t exactly what’s happening on the inside. Everyone can struggle with their mental health, even those that seem invincible.

💬“I’m therapized as hell now… I’ve been going intensively for almost two years.” - Chloe Kim, 3-time Olympic medalist

This year, it’s clear: talk therapy, self-reflection, and seeking support are the ultimate tools for victory. 🏆Let’s celebrate courage, honesty, and the journey- not just the medals.

A rough start doesn’t have to decide the rest of your day. You’re allowed to pause, reset, and begin again without guilt. 🌱

Everyone has those days. Save this for when you need a gentle restart. 🤍

Welcome to Part 3 of our Let’s Talk About Mental Health series: Relationship OCD. 💛

Especially after Valentine’s Day, doubt may (or may not) be louder in your relationship. It’s natural for questions to arise in any partnership, but when those questions become distressing, Relationship OCD may be part of the picture. 💭

Relationship OCD can look like:
⏹️ Constantly questioning if you’re “really in love”
⏹️ Obsessing over whether your partner is “the one”
⏹️ Needing reassurance that you’re not making a mistake
⏹️ Analyzing your feelings over and over

These thoughts are both unwanted and distressing.

If this resonates with you, OCD-informed therapy can help. Let this be your reminder that you’re not alone, and support is always available. 🪴

Most people think a healthy relationship is a quiet one. But as therapists, we’re looking at what’s happening in that silence. Is it peace... or maybe suppression? 🤔

Swipe through for a Therapist’s POV on the “silent languages” of relationships. Your nervous system usually knows the truth before your brain does. 🧠✨

This Valentine’s day, we’re breaking up with patterns that are slowly draining us… whether that be in relationships, or just in everyday life. ☁️

This February, we’re stepping away from…
🌀 Accepting inconsistency because it’s “not that bad”
🌀 Feeling guilty for not being productive
🌀 Bending your boundaries to make them more palatable for others
🌀 Thinking growth happens in your comfort zone (it rarely does!)
🌀 Saying you’re “fine” when you really aren’t
🌀 Comparing yourself and your relationship to people online

If this resonates with you, you aren’t behind! You’re paying close attention.

What habits are you breaking up with this February? 💌
