The New Jersey Latino Police Officers have officially launched the New Jersey Latino Law Enforcement Coalition (NJLLEC)! This important new organization brings together Latino officers across the state to:

🤝 Build trust and transparency
🎓 Provide mentorship and development support
🗣️ Advocate for greater diversity and inclusivity in law enforcement

Inaugurated at 451 Communipaw Ave in Jersey City, this ceremony marked a major milestone for Latino representation in policing. NJLLEC will focus on empowering Latino officers, breaking down barriers, and fostering positive relationships across New Jersey communities.
