A tattoo is implanted deeper in the skin. The goal is to pack color or implant a permanent line.

Permanent Makeup is totally different.. shading and lines are gradually built over several sessions. The pigments are mineral based and are meant to fade. This creates a natural look.

If it's been 3 years since your makeup has been done and your brows are blue or red and still kicking hard your previous artist gave you a tattoo.Chances are they will need to be removed via laser. Do your research and have realistic expectations. My brows require 2 sessions. If it requires a 3rd to deepen the color it's free. You can't lighten after it's implanted so I always build my color gradually.
