We are enjoying a fantastic first week of August here at Stone Crest! This week, Bingo was played three times, allowing residents to redeem their accumulated bingo bucks for exciting prizes. We introduced a delightful new manicure kit for the ladies, which we had the pleasure of testing out today. Thank you, Kate, from Transitions for coming to provide nail services for the ladies! We truly enjoyed the sunshine and beautiful scenery while listening to 1950s music and indulging in ice cream bars.

On Wednesday, Vineyard Church paid us a visit, coinciding with our Resident Council Meeting, during which we celebrated National Root Beer Float Day. We extend our gratitude to Chelsea from Right at Home, who arrived just in time after our meeting to treat us to delicious donuts. Thank you, Chelsea! Looking ahead, we are excited to welcome St. Agnes Church tomorrow!

Kicking off the day with morning exercises had everyone’s blood zipping and muscles grooving—what a dynamite way to leap into the day! Bingo followed, with a treasure trove of prizes and crisp bingo bucks, setting the tone for an epic week! Tender Heart Crafts swooped in, and soon, residents were like busy bees, crafting up a storm with Disney-themed delights. And later, we’re all abuzz for some musical magic by the one and only Harry Matt!
